International Student Enrollment
TStages of implementation of International Student Enrollment who wish (and or continue) to study at Gunadarma University, as described in this figure.
The stages are as follows:
- Foreign students submit applications to do (and or continue their studies) at UG.
- Gunadarma University checks and reviews incoming application files.
- Foreign students will receive the results of examination and evaluation of applications and documents in the form of a Rejection Letter or Acceptance Letter.
- Accepted foreign students will attach a notification letter and study guarantee letter from UG.
- Accepted foreign students apply for a visa at the Indonesian Embassy.
- Foreign students who obtain visas (VKSB) submit study permits to UG and DIKTI/BPKLN.
- Foreign students who are approved will receive a permit from UG and a study permit from DIKTI/BPKLN.
- UG will receive a study permit for the foreign student concerned and send a copy of it to the student.
- UG applies for pre-approved KITAS for foreign students.
- The Immigration Office issues the KITAS for the foreign student to UG as a guarantor.
- UG will provide a copy of the KITAS to the foreign student concerned.
