Establishing Partnership

The stages of implementing foreign cooperation between Gunadarma University and Foreign Universities through the following stages:

The stages are as follows:

• Foreign Universities produces information on opportunities for international cooperation through websites, emails, official letters for domestic Universities/Higher Education.
• Rector, International Office, Faculty/Dept. receive information on opportunities for international cooperation.
• International Office prepares a preliminary meeting/meeting with PT Overseas.
• International Office and Fak/Dept. prepare/compile a draft/draft of foreign cooperation in the form of a draft MOU/LOI/MOA.
• The Chancellor verifies the draft MOU/LOI/MOA.
• International Office sends the draft MOU/ LOI/ MOA which is verified by the Chancellor.
• The intended foreign company receives and verifies the draft MOU/LOI/MOA from Gunadarma University.
• The foreign Universities concerned rejects or approves the draft MOU/LOI/MOA
• The draft MOU/LOI/MOA approved by Foreign Universities is sent to Gunadarma University via International Office to be forwarded to the Chancellor.
• The Chancellor approves and signs the MOU/LOI/MOA to foreign universities through International Office.
• Foreign Universitiesagrees and signs the MOU/ LOI/ MOA.
